I need your help with this retail process that is totally new for me.
I know MM, but, retail has certain characteristics that I want to know.
Actually, the user is having an error when the movement 319 is made for the article component.
Then, the user is updating the price in MR21 every time that this is happening.
My doubt is more about the retail process for the splitting structures with articles and retail.
As I understood, the article component should be created in MM41.
The price is updated in the Purchasing view only.
Then, this is defined into the BOM of the Display Article.
Now, when a GR is made for the Display Article, the user is getting this error message.
But, how is the process with the price?
Should the price be defined in MAP (moving average price) or in the conditions of the Purchasing view only? or in both?
Maybe, this is the missing step where the user is not updated the price correctly when the article component is created?
Could you let me know what is the basic data that the user needs to do when an article component is created in order to work without problems in Good Movements like 319?
