Customer unloading points change BAPI

Hi guys,

Does anyone know a BAPI to change customer default unloading points in SAP SD.

The unloading points I am referring to are the ones found in transaction BP->General Data->Customer Unloading Points. From there I select default unloading_unloading and 'Goods Receiving Hours' button.

I've tried a few BAPI's but the one I found changes appointment hours.  They do not change the goods receiving hours on the above menu.
