I need some information about "In-Store Merchandise and Inventory Management (In-Store MIM)" technical system landscape for new Retail solution.
I read in "Master Guide for Retail Business Suite 7i2913" that we need one Retail Server and one ITS 6.4 Server, but then, in software mandatory components appear two mandatory components:
- Netweaver (usage type BI)
and
- BP IS-R-SRS 1.40
Does we need an Enterprise Portal system and a BI system aditionally to Retail System and ITS server?
Is necesary a new server for ITS or it's posible to use embedded ITS from SICF.

I've created an allocation table using allocation table type standard (0001) and successfully generated the follow documents (WA08)for the Allocation table.As result,two documents got generated namely Purchase order(NB) and STO(UB).
Now i'm unable to create a delivery using T.code VL10B. I've provided STO doc.no on the field purchase order in the same transaction and system will show nothing on the screen after i made a click on the execute button.It's just simply display the tab details under that no information found.
Following are the parameters used for Table creation:
Allacation Table type : 0001
Item category : C (PO via DC)
Article : ZART001
Allocation rule : 001

Hi there!
I've got some trouble with sale price calculation through VKP5. The problem is that while I'm doing sale price calculation with VKP5, purchase price from marked for deletion info-record doesn't determines at all, and sale price becomes equal 0,00. But stock of the material is still > 0, so we need to sell it with real calculated sale price. Maybe there are some settings or user-exits to change that logic?

I am new to retail and I see some posts regarding this topic.
A). But can someone explain me exactly what are the deciding factors for choosing which idoc type should be used to send data to POS system? (Prices are updated frequently yes.)
B). What information is different in WBBDLD idoc?
C). We are using assortment list functionality in Retail for listing of articles. Is it mandatory to use WBBDLD then?
Can someone shed some light how to explain business to choose which idoc type?

As I am new to SAP Retail, this question might look like one of the basic question but I am not able to find the satisfactory solution to this in the already discussed threads, so I am posting it again.
When we create article is SAP Retail, we list it by executing listing. Could you please tell me how the listing is done, how the assortments are identified and listing is done for certain site and DCs. I am very confused regarding this.

I just created some characteristics and added some values to them, through the "new" WRFCHVAL T-code, and I would like to know how to access results based on these values I created. I'll try to explain myself a little better:
Imagine I have some generic materials created and that they're all t-shirts. Then, I created the characteristics "Size" and "Colour" and I created some variants based on the possible values of these characteristics (size numebrs and different colours).
Now let's say I wanna access sales results and filter them by Size, in example. Where can I see things this way? Is there a way to search for every "Red" t-shirt in the system? For example, is there any way to find in MM60 all the articles created that are Size 40, for example?

Hi. I'm currently trying to post billing documents trough trx WPUK, just as it would be posted trough IDOC WPUBON.
The document is posted with no errors. However, the amounts posted to de FI document are wrong.
Like this:
In WPUK:
The billing document is created (VF03), like this:
The FI document, is created (FB03) like this:
As you can see, there's an error when distributing the amounts on the financial billing document. It should be:
Any idea what I should check to fix this problem?

Hi experts
I am creating financial transactions in POSDM and to ECC through IDOC WPUFIB (one-step processing). It works when I include only one line in the financial transaction. but not successful when i include multiple lines.
When i include multiple lines, the respective IDOC can NOT be successfully processed. The GL account document can NOT be created with the below message. (The amount 40.00 is only for my second line of the financial transaction). Appreciate your help!! -Dom

A balance has occurred in transaction currency 'CNY' with the following
details:
Exchange rate '00', amount ' 40.00' and currency key 'CNY'.
The data in the transaction currency were transferred from the calling
application.
Your data cannot be processed in FI.
The error is probably in the calling application.
